Always flavorful, always prompt, efficient and courteous....an art that seems sufficiently lost on a few business owners in the area immediately surrounding (see previous review) let's all hope and pray the good Mike stays true to the calling...bravo the Jersey!

Ive been to a lot of Jersey Mikes and this is the best one. The manager is super friendly and it seems to trickle down to all the other employees. They all seem to remember what you had on your last visit even if you change your order up a lot. Super fast service even for grilled items, this place is so refreshing to step into after giving up on the stagnant line at chipotle down the block. Frequent customer points really seem to add up quick here. My go-to spot for sure!

This is a new location and been around maybe six months. Eaten here like six times. Everything is always clean, never any problems with food being out of stock, there are a couple tv's always tuned to sports which is good (but they do not get the local Miami Heat stations - sad face), and the employees have been very accommodaing

Not a huge fan, I am much more drawn to hoagies and this place is more of an upgraded Subway, feels slightly fresher but they can't compete with the stuffed hoagies from Laspadas, V&S and 620.

After a horrible experience with another sub shop in boynton I decided to try this place out. The employees were great! We told them about our last experience and they definitely took care of us. Subs were very good and the turkey isn't slimmy like Jimmy Johns. My place to go for a good sub in boynton!

Whoa! Two, 2 star reviews, nine days apart... Maybe they had a bad week, I don't know... But, I'd like to provide a little balance here. Feel free to check my reviews, I'm a picky eater. I one star restaurants for terrible service, or flat not caring. A lot. I like people to know where not to go, and save themselves paying $8 to walk away ticked off. I also like people to know where to go that is awesome, and a super good value. As far that chain sandwich places go, this place is tops, and it also excels past many non chain restaurants which also serve similar sandwiches. First of all, Cody is a sandwich super star in my book. That guy is legitimately a sandwich bartender, and you should take the time to have a conversation with him. Ask him about sports, it will make his day. He's incredibly on his game in running the shop, and will take the time to explain to you anything on the menu with an honest opinion. If you go in earlier, you will probably find Mike (ironic, or what?) running the place, who I believe is the owner. Mike is also a super great guy, who will take the time to explain the menu to you. He's always running promotions with free food for various charities, and such. I've once literally ate there a month straight just on the promo they were running for a charity. Let's just say that I've put on some serious mileage here, and this place is a delivering a high quality product. The meats are sliced fresh in front of you, the bread appears to be baked in store, similar to Subway. They offer 3 varieties, wheat, white, and rosemary parmesan. I've never tried the wheat, but the rosemary parm is tasty and cheesy without being overwhelming, and pairs well with almost any sub, particularly the Italian styled varieties. The veggies are always crisp, and appear to be fresh. (Even after a day in the refrigerator) A few subs that really stand out here are of course, the Italian. This is a very solid Italian. It's my go to sub. The club supreme (with the roast beef and bacon!) is also a stellar sub. It is insane how good that sub is. The Ruben is also a legit sandwich, and is always very well made. The Ruben is also surprisingly only something such as 675 calories (for a reg sub) and 40 grams of protein. Which, for most people, half a sub is probably an adequate meal if trying to conserve calories, or lose weight. The tuna is also very good. Very good. I would say it is a medium consistency tuna with less mayo than most places, and more tuna...which I like. Get it's "Mike's Way", it's very refreshing and light. The cheesesteaks are very good here as well, with the Big Kahuna being the best value as they pack it with cheese and toppings for about 50 cents more than the regular cheesesteak. Finally, the BBQ beef must also be tried, if you like beef...and BBQ. They slice roast beef, grill it, douse it in BBQ sauce (tastes like Sweet Baby Rays to me) and melt cheese on it. If you like those all of those things, you can't lose. The brownies here are also something that should be tried at least once. They are exceptional brownies, which is totally unexpected from a sandwich shop. I have tried the sweet treats from every major chain once, maybe twice, and been typically let down. Conversely at Mikes, I usually have to restrain myself from buying a brownie, usually compromising with a cookie, which are also very good. I really don't know why people have had disappointments here, they are a new restaurant, and when they opened, they flubbed a couple times with me too. But, they were never rude about it, they made it up, and everything was cool. If you are on Congress Avenue and looking for subs, this is the best sub shop to pick. If you don't like this place, you just might not like subs. I'm not even joking. There is no other sandwich shop on this block of congress which makes a better sub, at even close to their prices. I am talking in terms of quality, taste, consistency, speed, and sheer volume of food (they tend to put a bunch of meat and toppings on it...and bacon!) they really are the best on this block. They make subs any which way. My girlfriend is an INCREDIBLY picky eater, that drives most people nuts who are taking orders. (She also doesn't have my Yelp handle, haha). These guys always make her odd ball request things, and it's always to her culinary standards. They will make your sub however you like. So, if you don't like this place, maybe sandwiches aren't your food.

Oh gosh where do I even begin .... So I would like to say I hate jimmy johns, and was really hoping jersey mikes would be my go to sub place... Boy was I wrong! When I walk into an empty restaurant With only one other person in front of me, I expect a greeting or even a smile... Nope not from these people. assuming the girl on the "topping station" knew the person in front of me because she was so friendly to her and really took her time to make sure she had everything she wanted. This made me think wow these people are really nice.... But than it was my turn in which the girls face quickly transformed from perky to pissed in 3 seconds and she looked me up and down and said "mikes way" like what? Luckily there was another employee there who quickly jumped in and explained what that meant but seriously... You're a new restaurant in town... Please teach your employees better customer service skills if you want any customers.

Love Jersey Mike's in Boynton. Always looks clean and employees are friendly. I am originally from Philly and these hoagies are delicious! And they are called hoagies not subs in Philly. Feels like a taste of home. My only criticism is asking for a tip when you pay. I worked in a deli some years ago and we were paid by the hour behind the counter and got no tips. ?
